Sanu is an IT professional with over seven years of experience in IT infrastructure support, desktop support, end-user computing, and client services. He has worked across diverse IT environments, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Prior to joining NRDC India, Sanu worked with The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), where he was responsible for IT support, system administration, user assistance, and maintaining organizational IT services. He has extensive experience supporting VIP executives and senior leadership across multiple locations, ensuring seamless IT services and prompt resolution of technical issues. He has also successfully managed and provided technical support for workshops, webinars, video conferences, and audio conferencing sessions.
Sanu holds strong expertise in Microsoft Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and customer-focused IT support.
